Where can I find the serial number or license key I just purchased?
License keys/serial numbers are emailed out within 30 minutes of purchase during normal business hours (8am – 20pm Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)). After hours licenses are emailed up to 2 hours after purchase before 23pm Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Remaining licenses will be emailed the following morning. For orders placed on a weekend after 8pm Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), licenses are filled the next day by noon
How do I get help with my installation?
Typically we include installation instructions with any online/downloadable software license. If you are experiencing some trouble with a software product you purchased from us, you can use “chat with us”, and talk with a representative to help resolve your issue.
I haven’t received a receipt with my purchase and I cannot login with my email what do I do?
Typically when this happens there is a typo in the email submitted at check out. You can write to ShopKeys365@hotmail.com or use “chat with us” for assistance.
What kind of license keys do we provide in our store?
Shop Keys 365 provides 3 kinds of license keys, you can choose the best for you according to your need:
- By phone : It can be used for 1 activation, that means it will bind to your computer. When you format your computer you can’t use it again. and it can be activated only by phone to get the confirmation ID
- Online : It is like by phone but you needn’t the confirmation ID you can activate it simply by adding the license key.
- Binding : This key binds to your Microsoft account so it can be reused again and again by connecting Office with your Microsoft account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal and credit card as payment. You don’t need a paypal account to make payment,
